Mounted Programs
At Evermore, we provide mounted programs for individuals with disabilities and to all members of the community who wish to learn about connecting with horses.
Mounted lessons may involve riding, vaulting, or a mix of both depending on the student’s interests and needs.
-Mounted lessons are one-on-one.
*All new students must begin on the ground to learn safety, connection, and horsemanship/horse handling skills before moving to mounted lessons.
-Adaptive/Therapeutic riding lessons are conducted by a PATH (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship) Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor, assisted by trained volunteers, and tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of the participant.
